” Hey, Friends! I am participating in a #virtualrace for the @humanrace5k – you can participate too in a virtual 5k or a 1-mile fun run. Anyone can participate including friends in wheelchairs, four-legged friends, joggers, steppers, walkers, runners. 

I am racing anywhere, anytime between June 13th and 19th to raise support for @volunteercentertriad. There are 75 nonprofits participating in this fundraiser.
