Welcome to The 30th Annual Human Race!

Join us on Saturday, April 20, 2024, for an unforgettable celebration of community, compassion, and fundraising at The Human Race 5k.

About The Human Race: The Human Race is more than just a 5k fun run, walk, or roll; it’s a unique and inclusive community event dedicated to supporting local nonprofits. Since 1994, The Volunteer Center of the Triad has been spearheading this incredible initiative, helping raise over 5.3 million dollars for nonprofits in our community.

How It Works: Nonprofits register online, and individuals, businesses, and organizations sign up to raise money and participate in the race. With the support of our community, we come together to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Service Opportunities: New for this year, we’re excited to announce the integration of service projects within The Human Race. Event attendees will have the opportunity to actively participate in service initiatives, furthering our mission to strengthen our community and make a lasting impact.

• Registration: Individuals, businesses, and organizations can register online here to participate and raise funds for local nonprofits.
